Our restaurant lies near the Po river that divides the Parma and Cremona provinces; the autumn fog and the damp climate help our "culatello" mature slowly and become the special and great product that we have been making for so many years.

Our "house" has been led for more than  100 years by four generations of women: Romilda, Zaira, Elena and Miriam, the current landlady, who welcomes the guests and personally prepares the traditional receipts learnt from her mother, her grandmother and her great-granmother.
